Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after confirmation of payment or order placement in case of Cash on Delivery. Once your order is received, our team carefully verifies product availability, sizing details, and quality checks before dispatch.

For ready-to-wear stitched collections, processing typically takes 3 to 5 working days. For unstitched collections, processing typically takes 7 to 10 working days.

During peak seasons such as wedding periods, Eid, or sale events, processing time may slightly increase due to high order volume. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customized or made-to-measure stitched outfits may require additional preparation time. If your order includes customization, our team will inform you about the estimated dispatch timeline.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Within Pakistan

We currently deliver across major cities and regions of Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Our goal is to ensure your parcel reaches you in safe condition and within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on your city and total order value. In some cases, we may offer promotional free shipping on selected campaigns or order amounts. Exact shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most major cities across Pakistan. If COD is not available in your specific area, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method before dispatch.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery according to their policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website.

If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, certain factors may cause delays, including:

· Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

Khadija Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies; however, we will always support you in resolving any delivery concerns.

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please include:

· Full name

· Complete address with house number and area details

· Correct city

· Active contact number

Khadija Fabrics will not be responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

· Clear photos of the parcel and product

· Your order number

· A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the matter and provide a suitable resolution according to our return and refund policy.

Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason, future COD orders may not be accepted. We encourage customers to place orders responsibly and ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability. You will be informed if your order is being delivered in more than one parcel.
